You have forgotten your password and wish to set a new password?

Please enter your Username (or Hallesche4u-Login) and confirm with "Request password".

Please select a password reset method and proceed with "Request password"

Please confirm by selecting "Request password". Sometimes a captcha will be shown, which must be solved to proceed.

A SMS-TAN was sent to your mobile number. Please enter it in the appropriate field and enter a new password. Finally proceed by selecting "Request password"

We sent an email containing a confirmation link to your e-mail address.

When you haven't received the message after five minutes, please check if you entered the right username.

Password rules:

Minimal:
- 10 characters
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 digit
- 1 lowercase letter

Hyphen, plus, space or umlauts are not valid.

Neither username, nor Pre- or Surname are allowed as a part of the password.

Choose reset procedure:

Currently you cannot automatically set a new password.
Possible reasons are:

  • There is no mobile number in our files.
  • Your habe reached the limit of SMS sent to your mobile.
    In this case, the SMS procedure is blocked due to security reasons.
  • The two factor login is active for your account.
    In this case, the procedure is blocked due to security reasons.
